Grab your sneaks it's time to get strong for the summer! This dumbbell workout works the full body using multiple supersets to work two moves back to back for maximum efficiency. I remember when I first started training clients in 30min appts and it blew my mind what you could achieve in that shorter period of time. Get creative with your weights you can go up/down or add wrist weights for an extra pound or two! Feel free to pause anytime if you need an extra minute to rest.
