Our first strength workout together using the bala beam! This workout can be done with the same results using dumbbells! Use what you have! This workout is full body and broken up into supersets. We alternate two moves for 3 sets each resting in between and then move onto the next two movements. I also added in a quick core finisher at the end before we cool down! I do the whole workout right next to you so grab a weight and LET'S DO THIS!
