A quick spicy 8min barre arms workout! I like to differentiate "barre" arms from a strength arm workout since we will be working in higher reps at a quicker pace compared to strength when we use higher resistance levels, lower reps and slower pace. This class is perfect for a quick burst or pairing it with another lower body or core workout. We hit the biceps, triceps, lats, chest and shoulders. Feel free to experiment with different weights depending on your energy level!
