Barre Barre 30 Full Body

30 minute full body barre class incorporating added resistance from a long band and sliders!

Props:

+yoga mat

+barre (or back of a chair)

+long resistance band (can sub a handweight for some moves)

+sliders (or socks for harder surfaces, paper plates can work on carpet)

* I have some props including sliders + bands linked under the shop tap from amazon if you're new to barre and are building up your prop bin!
