Barre Barre 30

The long resistance band is back for another barre class! This class is a full body burn with you in control of your resistance levels for each move which is something I love about the long bands! If you do not have a long resistance band you can use your regular miniband and/or sub hand weights where possible! You can always get creative with these workouts and switch things up to suit your needs :)
