This 30 minute class while technically works the full body - the main focus is on our upper body thanks to our long resistance band! Your chest, shoulders, biceps, and triceps will be on FIRE!
Props:
+long resistance band (you can sub a light handweight or go bodyweight)
+set of handweights
+barre (or back of a chair)
+yoga mat (if you want one, we will be standing for the whole class)
