Barre Barre 30 Full Body

It's amazing what you can accomplish in 30 minutes if you put your whole heart into it! One hour workouts who?? This is full body and we definitely go IN on the glutes! I am currently modifying my planks but I will cue you to lift your knees during our plank series! If you're pregnant feel free to keep your knees down / modify as needed.

Props:

+barre (or back of a chair)

+set of handweights (I used 3lbs)

+resistance band
